I want to touch people's lives

A gospel musician, Hulisani Nesane, also known as Hulisani Morwamotho in the gospel industry, has just released his debut album, entitled The GospelHuna Fhungo.

He hails from Golgotha in Thohoyandou.

He said that although gospel music varied according to culture and social context, his album was all about the Word of God imbedded in the Bible and hymns. The album comprises 14 songs.

Emphasizing the song Huna Fhungo, he said that the song was crafted from the Book of the Prophet Isaiah, chapter 7 verse 14 and chapter 42 verse 1. "Isaiah prophesized the coming of  the Messiah 700 years before the birth of Jesus Christ. The song is about unpacking who the Messiah is and the wise men from the east who followed the star," he added.

He further said that the aim of the album was to transform Zion-based traditional gospel music and to touch people’s lives.

The album is available at Dakota Record Bar Stores and Cash Crusaders. "Alternatively, they can get it from my support team through a special request on social media," he said.

He is available on Facebook as Hulisani Morwamotho and on Instagram at hulisanimorwamotho.
