Abby Mamphogoro’s release of his latest live DVD and album combo, entitled Tombo Langa, is sure to provide a breath of fresh air to thousands of his fans and other music lovers in the country.

He launched the combo project this week. It comprises six songs, entitled Yesu Tombo Langa, Kha Vha Hule, Tshimbilani Vha-Kriste, Renda Vho Ngwana and Yeso Wanga.

The project was recorded and completed in 2016 at Winman Studios and was engineered by the legendary Emmanuel Mamphogoro. “We were still doing some final touch-ups, which included serious mastering,” he said. “We wanted to give my fans the best sound and quality lyrics.”

This artist's debut offer was entitled Jesus Exaltation, an album with 10 songs and a beautifully designed booklet containing the lyrics.

“I started singing at home as a nine-year-old boy,” he said. “I am a drummer who has worked with major singers and musicians, including, among others, Worship House on their Worship House Project 3.”

He added that he continued to see music as a form of expression that began deep within his heart. “This is the only form of communication that one cannot ignore,” he repeated.

Abby is further inspired by ordinary people that he comes across during his performances at weddings, shows, and the church. He prays a lot in order to keep his soul strong. He is an active member of the Vineyard Missions Centre under the leadership of Pastor NA Muhovha at Raliphaswa village.

Abby Mamphogoro is available on Facebook or can be reached on 071 674 8512. His DVD and CD are available in all music stores or directly from him.
