Blackpearlvee is back with another hot single

Blackpearlvee, whose real name is Rabelani Vaidah Mugivhi from Ha-Mutsha village, is back with another hot single, Africa my roots (ft Mass Ram, Deeper kay and Gontse Gee), due for release later this month.

Each time she releases a single, the popularity of the very song instantly sends vibration throughout the music industry. “My single, Africa my roots, is simply reminding everyone of their true identity,” she said. “You always have to know where you are coming from as a person. Embracing your culture is very important.”

Blackpearlvee is now signed with one of the best record labels in the country, Primetainment.  "Being signed to Primetainment is a blessing, because I am working with people who are hard workers and who have experience in the music industry,” she said. “I've been watching their activities and projects and wished to be part of the family. I will learn a lot from them, and I'm very happy that, in a short period of time, they have done great things for me.”

Primetainment, together with Geesgraphics, had shot a music video for the track Tonto by Blackpearlvee (ft Shadoh'veebeatz). “I am so happy with the quality of the video and for the fact that they have pushed it to air on TV, for TV is one of the best experiences and platforms ever for artists to further climb the ladder of popularity and fame.”

She looks forward to releasing more hit singles, so that her music keeps her fans dancing and getting motivated by the messages her songs carry. “All I need is full support from my fans,” she said. “I believe in being patient, so I will start working on my first album when I feel that it is time. Creativity takes courage, so if we go for the easy way, we’ll never make it. Art should be something that liberates your soul.”

She added that the Covid-19 pandemic had trained her as an artist to be more creative. “I've improved musically as I see by the way fans are responding to my music,” she said. “So, to my fans I say, keep working hard in areas of your specialty. It might take time to find the right place, but never give up in life and keep pushing.”
