Shock as learner is stabbed to death

Another gang-related murder has been reported in Vhembe.

Zwivhuya Lusubzi (18) of Maniini K in Thohoyandou, a learner at Azwifarwi Secondary School, was attacked while relaxing with friends behind Thavhani Mall, next to the taxi rank.

The incident that happened on Monday around 06:00.

Information gathered is that Zwivhuya was with his friends when three boys approached, and an argument ensued.

The information relating to the incident was still sketchy when we were going to press, but Zwivhuya and his friends allegedly run away. Zwivhuya was not fast enough and the youth caught up with him. He was allegedly stabbed with a screwdriver and died at the scene of the incident.
