TTM’s fast forward, Khathutshelo Mudau.

Tshakhuma to face Winners Park

The match of the week in the Limpopo Stream of the ABC Motsepe League this weekend will be between Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila (TTM) and Bellevue Winners Park at the Tshifulanani Stadium tomorrow.

Winners Park are currently leading the pack, while TTM are close behind in the third spot.

Collecting the maximum points at the expense of Winners Park will enhance TTM’s chances of taking the league title. Should they donate points to TTM, The Dolphins will be the first to celebrate. TTM will pin their hopes on Khathutshelo Mudau, Dakalo Nemakonde and Rendani Rendani Mukomafhedzi for goals.

The Dolphins are in second position, five points behind Winners Park. The other Vhembe-based side, Joe Maweja, will also play at home. They will fight for league points against Polokwane Academy at the Tshifudi Stadium tomorrow. Maweja must win the match at all cost in order to remain on the safe side when it comes to relegation.

Maweja assembled a formidable squad during the January transfer-window period. Some of the team’s new recruits include Omphulusa Masotsha, Thanzi Muruge and Madilonga Mukwevho. Polokwane Academy have nothing more than pride at stake in the match.

Giyani Hotspurs will travel to Polokwane where they will battle it out for league points with Polokwane United at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium this afternoon, starting at 17:00.

Madridtas will be away to try their luck against A1 Terrors in Modimolle. Madridtas are now out of the league title race, following their poor results in the past weeks. Great North FC will host Gawula Classic at the Seshego Stadium, while Lephalale Young Killers will play against Mighty FC at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium.

Molomole Academy will play against The Dolphins at the Nirvana Stadium in Polokwane.
