Diski Leopards ready to maul Sundowns

After registering their first league victory last weekend, Black Leopards are determined to collect more points against Mamelodi Sundowns when they meet in their Multichoice Diski Challenge league match at the TUT Stadium in Pretoria tomorrow (Saturday) morning.

Lidoda Duvha crushed Highlands Park 4-1 at the Makhulong Stadium in Thembisa last Saturday to revive the players’ spirits.

The combination of Thembisani Nevhulamba, Xolani Ndlovu and Ivan Mahangwahaya in the Leopards’ striking force is expected to keep the Sundowns’ defence running for cover throughout the game. Xolani Ndlovu scored a brace in their game against Highlands Park even though he came in as a substitute later in the game.

Lidoda Duvha are still languishing at the bottom of the log. According to the Leopards’ head coach, Mr Justice Matloga, their win against Highlands Park has boosted the team’s morale and the boys are ready to give Sundowns a tough time tomorrow.
