Mikhado and Madridtas in Motsepe clash

Mikhado FC must win their match against Madridtas FC when they meet in their ABC Motsepe League match at the Rabali Stadium on Sunday.

The fact that Madridtas are currently leading the pack, while Mikhado are one of the close league title contenders, is reason enough for the fans to expect a thriller. The spirit is high in the camp of Madridtas as they are still fresh from a 2-1 victory over Magezi FC last Saturday.

On the other hand, Mikhado’s  trip to Groblersdal last Saturday was a fruitless excercise as their game against Ditlou FC was not played to the finish.

Should they manage to beat Madridtas on Sunday, Mikhado will narrow the gap between themselves and Madridtas to 3 points.

The defence of Madridtas will have to double their efforts if they want to stop the strikers of Mikhado, Vutomi Ngomana, Rendani Thavhana and Jeffrey Tshabalala.

Bornwise Molobo and Ndamulelo Mungadi, the Mikhado midfielders, are expected to keep the fire burning in the middle of the park.

Tshakhuma RO Nandilani (TRON) have a mountain to climb this weekend. They will host Polokwane United at the Tshisaulu Mmbengeni Kone grounds tomorrow. United are in the second position on the log and TRON in the 11th. TRON’s performance is improving with time. They managed to collect 4 points from their last two matches.

Ollesdal FC will play against Pusela City FC, and The Dolphins and Boyne Tigers will meet at the Eldorado Stadium outside Polokwane. The Polokwane Academy will entertain Ditlou FC at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium.

The other fixtures are Ndengeza FC vs Great North FC, Giyani Hotspurs vs Barracah Valley FC and Mighty FC vs Magezi FC.
