Members of the public are invited to enter the freemasons’ Lion of the North Lodge golf day at the Soutpansberg Golf Club on Saturday, 9 November.

Big prizes are to be won, including a brand-new Volkswagen Up for a hole-in-one on the sixth hole, R100 000 for the first eagle on hole 14 and a Ford Fiesta for a hole-in-one on hole 15. Entry costs R2 500 per four-ball, which will include a spitbraai, auction and dance after the prize-giving function. The format of the competition is a better-ball Stableford.
