The highly anticipated Miss Resilience Thohoyandou pageant is now open for registrations, accepting entries from 25 October to 15 December 2024.

Ms Gracious Mavhungu, director of the foundation organising the event, explains that the pageant is more than a beauty competition; it represents a journey of aspiration, hard work, and dedication. The event celebrates diverse beauty, emphasising qualities of grace and resilience.

The pageant offers three entry categories: Miss Resilience Thohoyandou Queen for participants aged 20 to 27, Miss Teen Resilience Thohoyandou for ages 13 to 19, and Miss Pre-Teen Resilience Thohoyandou for ages 6 to 12. Organisers are seeking a queen with a powerful voice that captivates and inspires.

“This is a search for a natural leader, someone who drives social change and embodies the spirit of community service,” Mavhungu said.

To enter, prospective contestants can pick up registration forms at the admin office or contact the organisers via WhatsApp at (066) 292-4611 for more information.
