King Toni Mphephu-Ramabulana and the MEC for the Department of Co-operative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs (CoGHSTA), Ms Makoma Makhurupetje, will officially inaugurate Khosi Tshishonga George Muila (39) of Ha-Muila Village on Saturday.
A spokesperson for CoGHSTA, Mr Khathutshelo Razwiedani, said that the inauguration function would be held at the Muila Tribal Council and start at 10:00.
According to him, the history of the throne of Muila started with Khosi Rasila, who ruled the Muila tribe at Tshiendeulu (Nzhelele ha Ramabulana). He was succeeded by his son, Malwela Tshishonga Muila, who ruled the tribe at Getrudsburg.
Ramaganyu succeeded his late father and ruled the tribe from Getrudsburg to Mailaskop and later relocated to Mount Sephokhubje. Khosi Ramaganyu was succeeded by his son after his death, and his son Rabadu reigned at Mount Sephokhubje to Mount Rantshimanyana from 1918 until he passed on in 1947 at Rotterdam village. He was succeeded by his son Khosi Morokolo Muila in 1948, who led the Muila tribe until 1970.
In 1972, his son David Luvhimba Muila took over the throne until his death.
