Met mooi herinnering neem familie afskeid van Hennie (Hendrik Jacobus) Pretorius, 'n eggenoot, pa en oupa wat op Saterdag, 20 Julie, in die ouderdom 73 jaar om 13:00 aan 'n hartaanval oorlede is. Hy was gelukkig nie alleen nie, maar by sy vrou Marie by sy huis op sy stoep.
Wyle Hennie is gebore op 23 November 1950. Hy en sy vrou was oud-inwoners van Louis Trichardt vanaf 1985 tot 1999. Hy laat sy vrou Marie, kinders Raymond en Wynanda, Henco en Janél en Wickus agter, asook sewe kleinkinders.
Wyle Hennie se herinneringsdiens vind plaas op 29 Julie om 12:00 vanuit die NG Kerk Kremetart-gemeente in Jonesstraat, Polokwane.
Andries joined the Zoutpansberger and Limpopo Mirror in April 1993 as a darkroom assistant. Within a couple of months he moved over to the production side of the newspaper and eventually doubled as a reporter. In 1995 he left the newspaper group and travelled overseas for a couple of months. In 1996, Andries rejoined the Zoutpansberger as a reporter. In August 2002, he was appointed as News Editor of the Zoutpansberger, a position he holds until today.

The MEC for Agriculture and Rural Development, Ms Nakedi Kekana, acknowledged the role of the youth in the agricultural sector during the recent Youth and Women Entrepreneur Awards, held in Polokwane on 13 September.
