Crucial match for Artists and Stars

After collecting the maximum points in their match against SMSA FC at the Makhuvha Stadium last Saturday, United Artists have another mountain to climb this weekend. They will host Makovha All Stars at the same venue on Sunday.

United Artists are currently leading the MMK Administrators Soccer League Stream A, while Makovha are one of the close league title contenders.

Makovha All Stars are the defending champions. A quick glance into the Artists’ showroom shows that the Lufule side are armed to the teeth. Some of the Artists’ secret weapons include Emmanuel Murwamadala, Mulisa Luvhengo, Thomas “Razor” Makhubele and Lavhelesani Mukomafhedzi.

The Artists’ fast forward, Emmanuel Neswiswi, will watch the game from the grandstand. He was given his marching orders in their game against SMSA FC last Saturday.

The winner in Sunday’s match is likely to lift the trophy at the end of the season.

Muziafera Blue Eagles will travel to Govhu, where they will play against Govhu Black Bulls. Mukula Young Santos will host Tshifudi XI Experience at the Mukula Tshidzani Tsha Maria grounds. Mahagala Young Stars and Matangari High Aims will battle it out for league points at the Mahagala grounds.

The other weekend fixtures are: Khubvi Dangerous Darkies vs Thenzheni Liverpool, Tshambobvu Junior Aces vs Maranzhe Hungry Lions, Shonisani FC vs Ngwenani Young Chiefs, Tshaivhazwaulu Peace Makers vs Tshakhuma KK Revolution, Voweto Maximum Force vs Duthuni Happy Boys, Mpheni Home Defenders vs Makhitha Oscar Stars, Maebane Young Eagles vs Zoutpansberg Powerlines, Sereni Home Boys vs Mashamba Benfica United, Mambedi FC vs Muwaweni Lucky Stars, Dopeni Mighty Comrades vs Mamvuka Black Stars, Tshikuwi Stone Breakers vs Sangoma Black Robbers and Musina All Stars vs Annel Real Vikings.
