The talent of Tshilidzi Michael Ratshikhwatho (44) is soaring higher in the music firmament, and now that he has released several hits from early January until now, nothing is going to stop him.

Tshilidzi, who is known as Shudu Bangz, said that he had started out in the industry as a dancer who had a good ear for sound. “The love of doing music, instead of just dancing, started in 2014 and since then I have not looked back,” he said.

He has since recorded and released songs such as Vhandani zwanda, Muloi, Ntombi, Vosho, and Thula kuzolunga (ft Mkonma Sun), which all were popular because of the vibey sound, meaningful lyrics and active rhythm.

He has also enjoyed working with artists such as DJ Lenzo, Mukoma Saan and Leon Lee. “Collaborations are another way of forging relationships and unity in the industry,” said the artist, who has just dropped a new hit single, Halwa ha mbodza.

He would like to see the artists within the music industry sticking together and forging a way forward in terms of marketing purposes through regular festivals right after the Covid-19 pandemic. “Unity will take us far and beyond any challenges,” he said.

He attended Skepwater Primary School (Tshamavhudzi), Thakgalang Primary School, and Mulaudzi Secondary School.

Shudu Bangz is a highly talented and skillful artist who is managed by The Diamond Voice, and he can be reached on 079 015 6139 or [email protected]. This artist resides at Siawoadza section of Magau village in the Sinthumule area.
